Siyaset ve ahlak ilişkisi, siyasetten ahlaka-ahlaktan siyasete doğru bir seyir takip eden bilinçli öznenin totolojik eyleminin serüvenini seslendirir. İnsanın, toplumun ve devletin inşasına zemin oluşturan; değer küresi ve kültür çerçevesi tarafından belirlenen bir tür varoluş serencamının tezahürü olan söz konusu serüven, sahip olmak ile olmak arasındaki ince farkındalığın eyleme ve söyleme yansımasının da adıdır. Değerler sferinin belirlenmesindeki bütün bilinç öznelerini ve aktif etkenleri teorik ve pratik alana taşıyarak dyadolojik bir uzlaşı zeminini oluşturmayı hedefleyen çalışma, hem insanlığın mefkûresinin inşasına katkı sağlayan isimlere karşı bir vefanın hem de gelecek nesillere ve insanlığa karşı bir sorumluluğun gereği olarak “kudret”ten “hâkimiyet”e evrilerek yürümektedir. Mezkûr ilişki Ülken’in perspektifiyle bir tür “Aşk Ahlakı” şuuruna büründürülerek daha hümaniter bir kültürler konfederasyonunun imkânı meselesi anlaşılmaya çalışılmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışma, ideal ile reel’in rayonel uzlaşı zeminini panoraması olarak teşekkül etmektedir.
Dominance is a futuristic political theory of Hilmi Ziya Ülken. The theory, which is also inspired by Plato's conception of the ideal state, argues that an ideal world state can be established through the opportunity created by democracy and education, and by enabling the coexistence of the qualities of wisdom and rulership. This humanitarian state, which is based on ranks, built on the basis of morality and formed within the framework of culture, consists of a federation of cultures. The theory, which progresses locally by being influenced by Anatolia and its ancient values, also continues its march towards the universe and the cosmos. The idea that a new consensus can be created with dyads in a sphere woven with dichotomies is also valid for Ülken's humanitarian confederative world state theory. The theory of ‘Dominance’, which is identified with Ülken as the name of the adaptation of the integral structure of human beings to political theory, voices the hope that people with their differences can build a single world state with their similarities and common denominators
